Was one of the founding members of the Ms Gulf Coast Chapter of the American Culinary Federation which was formed in 1991. Has served in various board positions over the chapters twenty year history. Chef Crabtree has served as judge throughout the southern United States in various culinary competitions. Served as an adjunct culinary istructor for Bossier Community college in Bossier La , University of Southern Mississippi ,and Ms Gulf Coast Community college. Currently lives in Saucier Ms on a small horse ranch with his wife Mary, daughter Chantelle and son Troy. During his hours away from Island View he enjoys power boating ,classic car show participant with numerous awards for his 1973 dodge dart swinger ,soccer ,fishing, hunting, wood carving, and serves as a certified grade 8 referee for MYSA youth soccer throughout the state.
